The Council will not be meeting in person on November 19 due to COVID-19 an the meeting will be held virtually. Public Comments may be submitted via the meeting portal to be entered into the record by 4 pm on November 19. A second public hearing will be held in December prior to the Mayor and Council considering a vote on this Ordinance.
The Mayor and City Council of Frostburg will conduct a Public Hearing during their regular monthly meeting on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2020. The Public Hearing will be held at City Place, 14 S. Water Street at 7:00 PM. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on amendments to the City code regarding restrictions on the issuance of permits when certain accounts with the City of Frostburg are delinquent.
