Use this form to apply for a GENERAL PERMIT

• Use this application to apply for the following types of permits: Occupancy, Solicitor (Long-Term Mobile, Seasonal, Short-Term Mobile, and Door-to-Door), Fences, Sheds, and Grading
• Applications must include a sketch drawing of the subject property with measurements and markings that indicate the proposed location of the structure (this does not apply to occupancy or solicitor permits)
• Solicitor permits only: Applicant must provide a business license and/or official identification of all parties participating in the solicitation activities.
• If located within the Frostburg Historic District, The Historic District Commission must approve prior to beginning of any work or issuance of a permit.
