City of Frostburg 2026 Municipal Election

NOTICE OF ELECTION CANVASSING

Notice is hereby given that the Frostburg Board of Elections will convene to canvass for the City of Frostburg Municipal Election held on June 2, 2026.

The canvassing of ballots and tabulation of election results will begin at 10:00 am on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Canvassing will end at 4:00 pm and will continue on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm as needed until all ballots received by election day have been counted. Upon completion of the canvass, the Frostburg Board of Elections will provide preliminary election results.

Finally canvassing of ballots and tabulation of election results will begin on Friday, June 12, 2026 at 10:00 am and continue until canvassing is complete. Upon completion of the canvass the Frostburg Board of Elections will certify the vote count and provide the official election results.

All canvassing will take place in Room 100 of City Hall, located at 37 Broadway, Frostburg, MD.

Canvassing is open to the public and may be observed by livestream on the City of Frostburg YouTube page, or in person by individuals subject to space limitations and the orderly conduct of election business.
