Shade Tree Commission meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 3:00 PM, unless otherwise specified; however, the Commission typically does not meet in the winter months (December-February).
Board Member Responsibilities
The Shade Tree Commission works with the City staff and makes recommendations regarding the management, planting, pruning, and removal of street trees and trees in the Public right-of-way. They also assist with obtaining grant funding for tree planting projects within the City.
