Public Hearing - Progress Update for MD CDBG CSO Elimination Project

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Frostburg will conduct a Public Hearing to provide information on the progress of CSO Elimination Project Phases VIII-C North Grant and IX-D Center Extended which were funded under the Maryland Community Development Block Grant Program which is a federally funded program designed to assist governments with activities directed toward neighborhood and housing revitalization, community development, and improved community facilities and services.

The hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Mayor and Council meeting at the Frostburg Municipal Center, 37 S Broadway, Frostburg, MD 21532 at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Efforts will be made to accommodate the disabled and non-English speaking residents with 3 days advance notice to Lydia Claar at (301) 914-1793.
