Traffic Detours & Wandering Elves - 12/6/25

TODAY, Saturday, December 6th

Main Street will be closed from Grant Street to Armstrong Avenue from 10:00AM - 11:30AM. Main Street access from side streets in that area will be closed at that time as well.

Parking will be prohibited from 6:00AM - 11:30AM on Main Street from Water Street to Palace Theatre crosswalk.

Mechanic Street will be closed between Broadway & Water from 11:30am - 5pm, and Water Street will be closed from Mechanic Street to Park Street from 9:30AM-5:00PM.

Expect elves on foot, slow drive times, heavy pedestrian traffic, and a lot of kids in the vicinity ALL DAY LONG during the Storybook Holiday Event. Please be patient and use caution when driving in the downtown area at that time.
