“CITY OF FROSTBURG ARMORY FIRE ALARM SYSTEM 2025”

Separate sealed bids for the construction of "CITY OF FROSTBURG ARMORY FIRE ALARM SYSTEM 2025”, consisting of the removal of the old fire alarm system, installation of new fire alarm system meeting fire marshal standards, installation of heat detectors in garage portion and other areas as directed by the City Engineer of Frostburg, and miscellaneous work will be received at City Hall Municipal Center, 37 S. Broadway Street, Frostburg, MD 21532, until Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 11:00am. At which time, bids will be opened and read in a meeting open to the public. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 11:00a.m. at the Frostburg Armory, 160 S. Water Street, Frostburg, MD 21532 (Enter through the Frostburg Street Department gate).

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the above office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays upon written request.
Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Frostburg Mayor and Council, 37 S. Broadway Street, P.O. Box 440, Frostburg, MD 21532, and marked on the outside of the envelope “CITY OF FROSTBURG ARMORY FIRE ALARM SYSTEM 2025” by 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 or you may hand carry the bid to City Hall Municipal Center, 37 S. Broadway Street, by 11:00 a.m.
The Frostburg Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities as the interest of the Mayor and Council may require.
