Street Department - Laborer/Equipment Operator

The City of Frostburg, Maryland is seeking applicants for the position of Laborer/Equipment Operator for duty in the Street Department.  Duties to include: collecting garbage, general street and sewer repair and maintenance, and plowing snow. Preference will be given to those applicants who have a CDL Driver’s License and/or experience with road and underground utility construction and maintenance. The position presents the opportunity to obtain a CDL license. The duties of the position are assigned by the Street Department Supervisor and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The hourly rate for the position ranges from $14.75 to $17.00, depending on experience and skills.
