Hi there,

The City has placed three cardboard recycling dumpsters around town, and they are free to use. They are located at the Frostburg Pool, Glendening Park, and Mount Pleasant Park.

The City is not aware of any business that hauls water for pools. Historically, some local fire departments have done it in the past.
