Hi

Can I set up my utility account for 129 Bowery Str (acct #4257-0) for monthly autopay of the full balance?

You are already signed up for ACH which is the City's preferred method of auto pay. You still receive a bill so you know how much is going to be pulled on the Direct Debit Date (also the due date). 

Looking at the top of the bill that was emailed yesterday for 129 Bowery, DIRECT DEBIT PLAN - DO NOT PAY is at the top and on the left side, DIRECT DEBIT DATE: 05/07/25 is on the bill.  So, the total due would have been pulled on May 7, 2025, however, I see there was an online payment yesterday, so no payment will be pulled on May 7th.

Looking forward, on the May 10th bill, since ACH is enrolled, please let the balance go to June 9th (June 7th is Saturday) for the auto pay. That is how ACH is intended to be used.
