Jim Francis Delaney and Frank Fernandez will say that I am "mentally ill" because that is their ONLY way of getting out of trouble for Barbara's kidnapping/abduction, as I do not drink, smoke, take any drugs (illegal or medicinal) or have boyfriends. They also say that I wasn't doing for Barbara during distance-learning, but I have numerous emails to Allegany High School that prove otherwise. Barbara also got all A's her last quarter at Braddock Middle School.

Now, I have not heard from Barbara since May 2023 even though I provided her e-mail address to Flagler-Palm Coast High School (BarbaraF614@yahoo.com), an e-mail address that I created in 2018. The password is Rebecca927. Now, I want Barbara listed as missing because obviously law enforcement cannot put together enough evidence to make a case for kidnapping/abduction. At this point, I will not cooperate with ANY law enforcement in Florida. In this area, I may not cooperate with any law enforcement, either, as it appears to keep doing for Jim Francis and Tess Delaney.

Oh, and any suggestion that I want Frank back is absolutely ridiculous, but that would probably come from Flagler County.
