Check the Status of Your Ticket

This is my latest submission to the Cumberland Times-News and to another law-enforcement agency. I don't know why I bother since Frostburg Police are completely incapable, as evidenced by the numerous submissions I have made regarding my daughter's kidnapping. Do not try to tell me that law enforcement cares about either one of us -- that would be the biggest canard (or bull-shit story) of all time. I hope both the town and its lousy police department suffer for it. This what fast-food police work (see Feb. 12, 2021) leads to: the disintegration of the public's trust. Is Donny Carter still the Finance Commissioner? This should be sent to Mr. Carter. Is there some higher law-enforcement authority that this report can be forwarded to?

To the Cumberland Times-News: This is Barbara Fernandez's mother. I STILL have not seen or heard from Barbara; nor have I received any reports about Barbara after numerous submissions to Frostburg Police, the Flagler County School District and the Allegany County School District. I last saw Barbara on Feb. 11, 2021. I am not sure what law enforcement is doing and I have no trust in them as I do have evidence of corruption. (Baker Act used incorrectly to frame me in 2009; an Ex Parte Order with the wrong surname -- Fernandez rather than Delaney -- in 2014.) The Flagler County School Board did notify me via email that it forwarded my report about Barbara's kidnapping/abduction to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. So far, however, no one has contacted me regarding my urgent report about my daughter's well-being and safety. Too often the local law enforcement does for its friends and does not respond as it is supposed to respond. My phone number  is 319-230-8699 and my phone is always on.
