Uh, has ANYONE done ANYTHING about the kidnapping/abduction of Barbara Fernandez, a 15-year-old student in 2021 who is now almost 19??? At that time, during COVID and distance learning, Barbara was living at 11 Standish Street in Frostburg and attending Allegany High School. In more than three years, she STILL has not seen her mother, Rebecca Delaney, whom your appallingly bad po-leese forced to leave work on Feb. 12, 2021, at Aspira (she worked on the federal thrift line). Now, Barbara's kidnapping/abduction has been reported numerous times to Flagler Palm Coast High School, a sub-par school in Florida. It has also been reported to the Flagler County School Board. The problem is that Flagler County does for Frank Fernandez as he is journalist for the Daytona Beach News-Journal and he is known to them in a professional capacity. Now, when is Barbara's mother going to see her???? And just remember, James Francis Delaney will use the po-leese and play them -- Ruth "Tess" Delaney simply tells a lie. At the time of Barbara's abduction, her mother had custody as 1) Barbara was a resident of Maryland with the state ID card; 2) Frank had not seen Barbara for more than a year and was not providing financial support to Rebecca; and 3) Barbara's mother does not use her and Frank does. NOW -- Rebecca wants some answers, and whatever game Flagler County is playing has got to STOP!!! Those people are idiots, because whenever they can, THEY DO FOR FRANK BECAUSE HE IS THEIR GUY. It is gender discrimination, but it is also criminal.
