Good morning,
Section 7.5.H.3 of the Frostburg Zoning Ordinance addresses political signage:
Political Signs. Political signs are permitted in all districts at all times. A political sign shall not be placed within any public right-of-way or any property owned by the City of Frostburg.
A "political sign" is defined in Section 7.1 of the Frostburg Zoning Ordinance as:
Political and Noncommercial Signs: Any sign designed for the purpose of supporting or opposing a candidate, proposition or other measure at an election or for any other noncommercial expression not related to the advertisement of any product or service or the identification of any business.
