Hi there,

Thanks so much for reaching out! The City does not currently have any grant opportunities to assist with startup costs; however, we do have a Building Improvement grant program to assist in rehabbing underutilized commercial spaces. I would also recommend reaching out to FrostburgFirst about their Pop Up Program (more info here: https://www.downtownfrostburg.com/about/projects/popupfrostburg/). FrostburgFirst also may have knowledge of grants and other funding opportunities for new businesses. They can be reached at 301-689-6900.
