Hello. Recently several parking spots in front of St. Michael's have meters covered with white bags that state "NO PARKING". I am on Main Street 5-6 times a week to shop and take classes and having 4 parking spots unavailable is quite inconvenient. Why are the meters covered and when will this be fixed? Thank you!
