Hello, I'm selling my Frostburg home, and I've just moved out of the house. The sale is closing on Oct 31 and the new owner will take possession immediately. The title agent said she would arrange for the city to close my account and open a new one for the new owner. Just in case she did not, here are my details:

I believe that the city and country property taxes I owe have been taken directly from the sale proceeds, but I'm assuming there might still be some utility charges. Please calculate my charges only until Nov 1. From Nov 1, the new owner, Crystal Fitzgerald, should be charged.
