Hello,

I just created an online billing account for paying my city taxes and water bill.  When I click on the "Manage Billing Account" to add my water and tax ID's I am unable to add my city tax accounts.  I successfully added my water bill by clicking the Utility radio button and adding my account info and pin.  However, when I try clicking the Tax radio button and adding my city tax account number and pin I get a message saying "No search results found"  My property is divided into 3 seperate lots so I have 3 seperate tax bills.  I would like to be able to add these bills to my account for ease of future tax payments.  

Hopefully it's something simple.  Thanks in advance for the help!
