Hello,

The street curb is falling apart in front of my house (39 S Water St). What's the procedure for getting it repaired? Is the city responsible or am I?

Thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,

I understand your preference for the City to facilitate repairs. Unfortunately, we don’t have a set timeline for repairs yet. If you have any additional concerns in the meantime, you're welcome to call or email me directly.

Hi Emily,

I appreciate the response. If this is on your radar, I'd rather let the city facilitate the repairs. Is there any estimate of when it might be done?

Thanks!,

Jason

Hi Jason,

Thanks for reaching out. This stretch of sidewalk is on our radar for needed repairs. If you or a contractor you hire would like to tackle this, the City will give you up to $400 towards repairs with the proper receipts. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Have a great day!
