I had e-mailed our request to Dawn Howell and received a notice to contact City Hall.  Our office has prepared a life estate deed for Mary Jo Deffinbaugh.  She owns two properties: (1) 153 Wood Street and (2) 10109 New Hope Road.  I have prepared a Tax Certification for both even though I think the New Hope Road property doesn’t require one.  There is no change of ownership so bills should still be sent to Ms. Deffinbaugh at 153 Wood Street.

Hello Lisa, 

The 10109 New Hope Road property is outside city limits. Tax certificate was prepared and emailed  for 153 Wood on 10/09/2025.
