Trash Can Taken by City Workers - I want it back

On Thursday 8/11 @ 7:30 am, three men with a back hoe put my trash can in the bucket and drove off with it and never brought it back. I have this on surveliiance footage from my Ring camera.

Please contact someone to find my trash can and bring it back to 26 Beall Street. Who does this and why would they not return it? It is inconsiderate and rude. I purchased that heavy duty trash can, with my own funds ($100.00), so that my trash would not be blowing all over Frostburg.

It needs to be returned to my house on the front porch today or I will file a report with Frostburg PD.
