I submitted a claim to your insurance due to an injury I suffered on YOUR diving board on August 26, 2024. Your liability insurer called me today to inform me that the city is not at fault for the injury. 

I am here to tell you once again that 1. that is completely unacceptable and 2. that someone had better get over to that pool to take a real close look at that diving board because it is a complete hazard to the public. 

I am furious at the city right now that they won't even recognize fault nor offer a simple apology for the incident. What kind of incident would have to take place for the city to admit fault? YOUR DIVING BOARD LACKS GRIP.  It is a hazard to the public and should be removed until you replace it. Why would you allow people to go on it if you know it has not grip?
