Upon receipt of your bill and then reading our internal unit meters to bill the appropriate tenants, we discovered an almost 10,000 gallon water discrepancy between your reading and the total of our 5 readings. I have double checked our meters and tried to check the digital reading from your meter (however, upon shining the light on your meter... it flashed very quickly multiple numbers and only for mere seconds, then disappeared) and was unable to get a reading, even after shining the light on the meter, which should have initiated the illuminated numbers.
Can you have a technician/employee conduct a 2nd read of your meter and ensure that it is functioning properly? There is usually a 5 to 10 gallon discrepancy between your reads and ours as a normal variance, but a 10,000 gallon variance indicates a problem somewhere in the system.
