Where can we send donations? (Fire in Frostburg, Article Below)
On the late afternoon of Sunday, April 12, in Frostburg, MD, my little brother Jeremy, his girlfriend Glenna, and my nephew—who will be 2 months old on the 15th—were involved in a horrible house fire. Thankfully, as they were laying my nephew down for a nap, they smelled smoke and my brother was able to get everyone out of the house in time. While I am so grateful that they are all safe, the fire took everything from them, including their vehicle. They are now left with nothing but the clothes they escaped in, and the road ahead is overwhelming, especially with a newborn to care for.
The funds raised will go directly toward helping Jeremy, Glenna, and their baby with immediate essentials like clothing, diapers, and formula, as well as securing temporary housing while they rebuild their lives. They also need help with transportation, as their only vehicle was lost in the fire, making it difficult to get to work and important appointments. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference in helping them get back on their feet and provide stability for their little one during this incredibly difficult time.
If you are unable to donate funds but have essentials you’d like to share, or if you can offer prayers and help spread the word, we would be deeply grateful. Thank you so much for your kindness and support as we help Jeremy and his family recover from this tragedy.
