What is the utility account number on the bill? Our bills do not have "other charges". We have surcharges but they are labeled, see the following link to see what the City's bills look like: https://www.frostburgcity.org/finance/page/single-unit-example
Charges for a single unit with no water consumption for a quarter would have the following:
Garbage: $38.00
Bay Restoration: $15.00
CSO Surcharge: $21.00
Wt Surcharge Q Inside: $35.40
Total for a single unit with no water consumption for a quarter would be $109.40.
