Hi,
May I please have copies of the following items (if they exist)?
1. Open or Closed code violations.
2. Permits that need to be closed out.
3. Unpaid special assessments, fines, fees or tickets not on the property taxes.
4. Current, water & sewer, trash statement/balance and due date good through 11/10/2025? In addition, if you can provide a payment history (3-6 months) that would be appreciated.
5. If any liens exist, please provide a payoff date of 11/10/2025.

Hello, my name is Nancy. I am with Northeast Elementary School. I am starting to gather donations for our Teacher Appreciation week. I am contacting you in hopes that you could donate summer passes to your pool. I understand if this is something you cannot fulfill at this time. I truly appreciate your consideration and time. Wondering about getting a mirror for s grant st and hill where they meet over by the ravens craft building. Iv been almost hit multiple times due to citizens not seen around the turn I feel they should stop look and then turn, but we're all not that lucky.
