The City of Frostburg does not control the cemetery or its upkeep, but we have worked to support the individuals that have been maintaining it from time to time and have included it in our annual Beautify the Burg event. Hello,
I am not sure who owns Percy Cemetery or who is tasked with maintaining it. I am trained in gravestone cleaning by the Maryland Historical Trust and I would love to come clean some of the headstones there. I also see many many fallen, misplaced, and moved stones. Many are piled together and I am not sure what the intentions are with these headstones. Also, is someone using this as their personal log pile or is the city?
If someone could contact me concerning this and who I need to talk to about cleaning headstones, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Good afternoon,
I requested to reserve City Place on January 10th for my baby shower. I received a confirmation email and filled out the form attached. I was hoping to pay for this reservation, but cannot figure out where to do so. Additionally, after looking at the city calendar, it appears that another event overlaps with mine.
Please let me know if my reservation is still valid and, if so, how I can pay for it.
