I am interested in biking the GAP trail, starting in Frostburg on August 22, 2025. I would like to park 3 cars for 3 nights at the train depot at 19 Depot Street, Frostburg. Is overnight parking allowed? Do we need permits? Is parking free?
Without an address I am unsure if you are talking about a new connection or if water exists at a location and just needs turned back on.
If a connection is already at the property and the no outstanding balance is on the property, it can be turned back on at no cost.
If you are talking about a completely new connection, then yes, it is a fair amount. Please refer to the most recent Schedule of Municipal Fees for those numbers as it depends on meter size for water and use type for the sewer.

Hello, I was wondering how much it is to get water turned back on.. I was told $750 each. I've read online it shouldn't be more than $300, I'd also like to know why it's going to be $1500 to get water and sewer?
