There is a flashing light at the base of the flag pole in front of the police station on Broadway. Is it meant to be flashing? It is very distracting and should be a solid light or none at all.

Hi. I am reaching out for Diehl's Ford Sales and was wondering if you can put me in contact with whoever is in charge of Storybook Holiday. Is there a parade this year? If so, we would like to sign up for it.
Thank you for reaching out about the Percy Cemetery. The City of Frostburg does not control the cemetery or its upkeep, but we have worked to support the individuals that have been maintaining it from time to time and have included it in our annual Beautify the Burg event.
