You can apply for a deck permit through our Online Permit Portal here: https://frostburgcity.portal.iworq.net/portalhome/frostburgcity. You should be able to upload files along with the permit application; however, if you have trouble adding the files, you can email them directly to the City Planner at jklink@frostburgcity.org. You don't need to list the setback information on the permit application, as we can fill that in for you.
