Thank you for reaching out about the Percy Cemetery. The City of Frostburg does not control the cemetery or its upkeep, but we have worked to support the individuals that have been maintaining it from time to time and have included it in our annual Beautify the Burg event. Would you have time for a quick chat this week or next so I can learn more about how you would like to get involved and I can work to put you in touch with the right individuals?
