Thanks for reaching out. This stretch of sidewalk is on our radar for needed repairs. If you or a contractor you hire would like to tackle this, the City will give you up to $400 towards repairs with the proper receipts. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Unfortunately, the City is not authorized to touch lines on utility poles. I will reach out to the utility company to see if they will address the downed lines.
