Hello,
The City does not issue building permits for the installation and/or removal of underground storage tanks and/or above-ground storage tanks, and we have no record of any type of storage tank being installed or removed at University Park Apartments, 179, 185, and 191 Park Avenue, Frostburg, MD 21532. Please let me know if you require additional information.
