Thanks for reaching out. The rental units located at 163-165 Spring Street do not require additional off-street parking, as the property is classified as an existing non-conformity. This means that the use of land, and or use of structures and land in combination were lawful before the City's Zoning Ordinance was passed and amended. As long as the property continues to remain in the Rental Housing Program, parking may remain as an existing non-conformity. We understand your concerns and suggest you have a conversation with your landlord to discuss your parking situation.
