Ruth,

Thank you for your inquiry via the City of Frostburg website. Unfortunately, the City of Frostburg does not have the authority to grant overnight parking at 19 Depot Steet as it is a county parking lot. You would need to get permission from Allegany County for overnight or extended parking. However, it is my understanding that they do not grant overnight parking in that area. If you would like, we can approve parking at the trail head for that period of time and could provide you with a parking permit to be displayed in the vehicles.
