Hello,
I wanted to check in and see if Washington St. was still on the list to be repaved following the work by the gas company earlier this year. They filled in the strip that they had dug up, but it's really starting to wear down.
There's an extremely large hole in their filled in strip between Green St. and Cemetery St., on the little hill, to the point that if it's driven on, it feels like it's damaging your vehicle.

Yesterday the city began digging up the ball field and are dumping the dirt somewhere past Winners Lane. I respect that the job needs to be completed and the workers are trying to do things quickly and efficiently, but they driving way to fast. The trucks have been racing up and down the road all day and have already begun doing so this morning. It is creating a danger for children, pets, and others walking along the road or crossing the road. PLEASE MAKE THEM SLOW DOWN! It is better to complete the job safely than race to get it done.
What is the utility account number on the bill? Our bills do not have "other charges". We have surcharges but they are labeled, see the following link to see what the City's bills look like: https://www.frostburgcity.org/finance/page/single-unit-example
