Third Party Tax & Utility Information Request

For tax and utility account information requests, there are several ways to make these requests:

1. Visit the Public Records Request Portal to submit your request. All forms are available on the Portal.

2. Use the Account Information Request Form and email the form to dheath@frostburgcity.org or cityhall@frostburgcity.org. (Two separate forms are available to request account information. Please select the appropriate form, Non-Property Transfer or Property Transfer.)

3. Requests may be faxed to 301-689-2840. The City is required to provide this information in writing.

A response is provided for tax inquires by the end of the next business day.  Please allow at least 48 hours to obtain a reading for final utility bills.


Tax Certification Required to Record a New Deed

A tax certification must be requested from the City prior to recording a deed with Allegany County. All outstanding balances with the City related to the property must be satisfied in full prior to the release of the tax certification.
