hello,
I am a current resident at 38 maple st. frostburg, MD. this housing is managed by creative property management. we already completed our first year lease term. Now we would like to terminate our lease for sept. 30, 2024. our current lease will end in May 30, 2025. we already provided 2 months notice to landlord . He is not listening to us. please let us know about our tenants right and how can we resolve this issue.

Could I request that you hire a flagger? The Wright of Maryland -Cumberland office is located right in Cumberland, and you have employees who live in Frostburg and nearby areas. It's frustrating to see people confused due to the lack of "Road Closed Ahead" signs and detours.they might be able to give you guys a discount as they don't need to detour just setting up/tear down. I feel having flagger will be the safest way to about events unless signs are used to help people find ways around.

Keep all of those Kreitzburgs, Snyders AND Delaneys in Frostburg and AWAY from Rebecca, who lives in La Vale and has no interest in seeing any of them, as they are NOT family (except for Mary D). Does your office understand this, or do I need to draw you a picture???? By they way, is your office moving at a snail's pace on purpose, because Barbara was kidnapped/abducted more than three years ago. She brought her flute from Florida, and it is still at her mother's house. (As well as TWO bank cards, as her mother had to order her Truist card; the other is BB&T).
