We drove through Frostburg on our way to Ohio. Loved your street docorations!

Is there a txt or alert system in place for Frostburg. When I lived in Westernport I would get emails when there was a water leak or city hall was closed or they were flushing fire hydrants. There was a sewer smell in our water not long ago and a water main break today I had to call the police to learn of these issues that were already reported. Also who do I contact about my water bill if I live on old National pike? I haven't gotten one since I bought the house. Thank you. 

A Georgia mother was just arrested (ever read the news, dumb-asses?????) for failure to report her son as "missing" when he went for a walk to a store. I reported my daughter, Barbara, as missing, and YET I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD A GOD-DAMN THING ABOUT HER FROM YOU SCUM WHORE SEMI-EDUCATED PO-LEESE ASSHOLES!!!!

And if ANY of you ever tries to put me in handcuffs or tries to arrest me, I WILL KILL YOU!!!!! You po-leese are bullies and babies who cannot take criticism from someone who is smarter, better-educated and better-able than you.
