I was wondering the cost to use a picnic table or pavilion at one of the small local playgrounds like Huffman pavilion of Mt pleasant park

I am trying to find swimming lessons for my 6 year granddaughter.  Does Frostburg pool offer swim classes?

The fire hydrant opposite my house has been inoperable for at least four years - the length of time I have lived in my house. I am concerned about fire safety, considering there are no other hydrants within a block of my property, at 71 High St, Frostburg, and my neighbors' property. When will this hydrant be repaired or replaced?
