Hello, I live in Frostburg on Spring St. I have no designated driveway, many of my neighbors on the same side of the street don't either, and must rely on street parking to access my home. There are many times where I am unable to find a parking spot close to my home and must park farther away due to random people taking all the street parking by my home. When I am able to find a closer spot, people park in front of my home to where it is difficult to access my sidewalk and get inside. I would like if there could be designated street parking for myself and my neighbors.

I do not want to see any police officer from any jurisdiction in the vicinity of Rebecca Delaney or her address at 111 Holly Avenue, La Vale. If any officer approaches her, it would be considered harassment. They have been doing the dirty work of criminals who lie.

And just so Frostburg Police knows -- Rebecca Delaney's address is 111 Holly Avenue, NOT 11 Standish Street. A dumb-ass Allegany County Sheriff's Officer put the incorrect address down on his report when Jim Delaney of 11 Standish Street stole her vehicle in January. Rebecca still has her car key (he had a set of keys to the vehicle). He took the vehicle without her permission -- just like he did with Barbara.

In the last 6 months we have noticed trash torn out in steet, grass very high , a couch which has been sitting on curb over a month , it has become a dump over there right on main street even cars parked on the road way. I know there are ordinance in the city and we want to keep frostburg beautiful. It has gone on way to long . Where there is trash there are rodents breeding!!!
