My land lord instructed me to contact the city about the water bill we just moved here and need to get utilities in our name

Good afternoon,

 

We have received a job from Comcast to install a service line to 220 MCCulloh St , and our initial planned route is crossing Amherst Dr. We will look for existing conduits or another route to avoid cutting or boring the road, but if we do not find any other option, this may require us to cut and bore MCCulloh St.
