ServLine Leak Protection Program

The City has partnered with ServLine to offer a leak protection program, which has been automatically included on all utility bills for residential, single-unit properties.

Any enrolled customer may decline to participate in our ServLine Leak Protection Program by calling (888) 752-0339. Any customer declining to participate in the program will be responsible for the full amount of their water bill with no adjustments being made. Our new City of Frostburg ServLine Program is the only way qualifying leak adjustments will be made for leaks occurring after August 1, 2025.

Only residential, single-unit properties are eligible for this program.
Commercial properties and multi-unit residences are not covered under the City’s selected plan and may disregard this notice.
