Approaching a month since I was told the City would have their attorney draft a barking ordinance.
Still enduring listening to a large German Shepherd barking hours per day. Too bad I can not enjoy sitting on my deck. I expect Summer may be over before anything is accomplished

The Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) is promoting our Go Green Campaign for the month of May. We are asking any businesses, organizations, or individuals to light up/decorate their businesses/homes in green in support of mental health awareness in May. We were wondering if your organization would like to participate. The only thing you'd have to do is decorate/light up green, take a picture and upload it to Facebook, then tag Mental Health Matters Allegany. If you have any questions or would like to participate, please let me know.

The City does not have this information, the memorial park is privately operated. You could reach out to the Frostburg museum at https://thefrostburgmuseum.org/ or the Frostburg Memorial Park by calling (301) 689-6460. Hope this helps.
