Uh, has ANYONE done ANYTHING about the kidnapping/abduction of Barbara Fernandez, a 15-year-old student in 2021 who is now almost 19??? At that time, during COVID and distance learning, Barbara was living at 11 Standish Street in Frostburg and attending Allegany High School. In more than three years, she STILL has not seen her mother, Rebecca Delaney, whom your appallingly bad po-leese forced to leave work on Feb. 12, 2021, at Aspira (she worked on the federal thrift line).

Hi. It is up to each candidate to convey their message/platform to the public. The City is responsible for conducting the election and does not involve itself in any campaign information/material. Facebook/websites/printed materials are common communication tools used by the candidates and I expect you may hear or see more closer to the end of the month as ballots will be mailed between 4/30 and 5/10. I hope this helps.

Where do I find information on the priorities of the mayoral candidates? What do they want for the city of Frostburg? How do they plan to do it? What issues are important to them? How will they make Frostburg better? I'd really like to know information regarding the candidates but I do not know how to get that information.
