So NO ONE has done ANYTHING about the La Vale Water Department and Jim and Tess Delaney. (They are NEVER allowed to pay ANY bills for Rebecca.) By the way, Rebecca has not received her property-tax bill, which should have been sent to her over the summer. (She owns the property at 111 Holly Avenue, La Vale, and she did pay for it herself.) Jim Delaney (11 Standish Street) steals her mail and pays her bills without her consent (so he can make it look like she is "mentally ill," how stupid!), and so far you fucking god-damn imbeciles have let him get away with it time and time again.

hello,
I am a current resident at 38 maple st. frostburg, MD. this housing is managed by creative property management. we already completed our first year lease term. Now we would like to terminate our lease for sept. 30, 2024. our current lease will end in May 30, 2025. we already provided 2 months notice to landlord . He is not listening to us. please let us know about our tenants right and how can we resolve this issue.
