Common Violations
- Abandoned, dismantled, wrecked, and/or unlicensed vehicles left on private property
- Accumulations of improperly stored garbage or other refuse materials, or garbage receptacles not stored out of sight from the street
- Appliances, mattresses, or other furniture intended for indoor use stored outdoors or on unenclosed porches or decks
- Any condition that may become a breeding place for pests or create an unsafe condition
- Unmaintained grass/weeds that reach 12 inches in height
